Jakarta BPSDM Holds Collaborative Technical Guidance

Jakarta Public Policy Center Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM) holds a virtual collaborative technical guidance (Bimtek), especially for the Jakarta administration apparatus, on Tuesday (6/14). It aims to strengthen all efforts to realize the governor's vision and mission.

All vision and mission must be in line with regional development documents

Jakarta Governance Bureau as one of the speakers on the occasion conveyed various achievements and development targets in Jakarta. The various successes that have been achieved are expected to spur all regional apparatuses to work better and be more focused.

"All vision and mission must be in line with regional development documents. The success of regional heads is strongly supported by all regional apparatuses," Jakarta administration Bureau representative Wira Bayu.

He explained that the regional head has a vision, mission, goals, objectives, and programs/activities. The mayor/regent also has a vision, mission, goals, objectives, and programs/activities, including the sub-district and village heads. They must collaborate to realize the vision and mission.

"The apparatus has various functions, including coordination, guidance, and supervision, the end of which is to make the community prosperous," he explained.

The performance achievements conveyed by the Jakarta administration Bureau on that occasion included GRDP growth, the human development index (IPM), the gender development index (IPG), and the open unemployment rate (TPT).

"GDP growth, the initial condition is 6.29 percent, the target in 2022 is set at 7.0 percent, the realization in 2021 will reach 3.56 percent (c to c). The inflation rate, initial condition 3.72 percent, target in 2022 is set at 3.30 percent, realization in 2021 reaches 1.57 percent (y on y)," he explained

Then the HDI, the initial condition was 79.6, the realization in 2022 was set at 81.6, and the realization in 2021 had reached 81.11. IPG, the initial condition of 95.18, target in 2022 was set at 96.2 percent, realization in 2021 reaches 94.63 percent. In the Gini index, the initial condition was 0.409, the target in 2022 was set at 0.399, and the achievement in 2021 was 0.411.

Further, the BPK's opinion on the financial statements, the initial conditions of the WDP, the target for 2022 WTP, and the current achievement of the WTP. in the poverty rate, the initial condition was 3.78 percent, the target in 2022 was set at 2.78 percent, and the achievement in 2021 was 4.67 percent. TPT, the initial condition was 7.14 percent, the 2022 target was set at 4.80 percent, and the achievement in 2021 was 8.51 percent.
